Privacy Policy
Tay Email Agent is a private personal-use email assistant.
Google User Data
The application may access Gmail messages, threads, metadata, attachments, and drafts in order to summarize email, identify messages requiring attention, retrieve relevant email history, analyze supported attachments, and create or update email drafts.
Data Processing
Email data is primarily processed locally on the owner's device. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
External AI Services
By default, email content is processed locally. Email content is not sent to external AI providers unless the relevant account is explicitly configured to allow cloud processing.
Storage
Limited metadata, extracted attachment text, message identifiers, and application state may be stored locally to support deduplication, retrieval, and draft workflows.
Email Sending
The application does not automatically send email. Sending requires explicit human authorization.
Access
The application is intended for private use by the owner and explicitly authorized accounts.
Data Deletion
Locally stored application data and credentials can be deleted by the owner from the device.
